Brandi Passante of “Storage Wars” scored a victory in court, winning a lawsuit over an Internet porn video she claimed was fake. While the judge decided in her favor, Passante only walked away with a fraction of the damages, says The Wrap.

Passante alleged that Hunter Moore, the former operator of the website Is Anyone Up, posted an X-rated video and photos online while falsely labeling them as her. She wanted $2.5 million in actual and exemplary damages and $5,250 in statutory damages.

In the end, Judge James V. Selna of U.S. District Court in central California granted her a default judgment along with $750. Selna said the reality star “provides absolutely no support for this calculation of damages” and “a lack of evidentiary support.”

Charges included false designation of origin, defamation, false light invasion of privacy and disparagement.

In addition, Passante’s attorney fees will be covered and Moore must “remove any remaining and undisclosed content of video from all websites and restraining Defendant from disseminating the content of the video.”
