WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KTLA) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan, who was recently released from formal probation, is defending herself against a new accusation.

A woman filed a battery complaint against Lohan on Saturday, accusing the 25-year-old of shoving her at a West Hollywood nightclub.

But Lohan is adamant that she didn't fight with anyone. In fact, she says she didn't even leave her house that night, TMZ reports.

Sources tell TMZ that Lohan stayed home at watched TV.

American Idol season 5 finalist Chris Daughtry has been sued by his former bandmates over royalties.

Bassist Ryan Andrews, drummer Scott Crawford and guitarist Mark Perry -- who joined Daughtry in the band Absent Element prior to Idol, MyFox Memphis reports -- filed a lawsuit on Thursday in Guilford County Superior County claiming that Daughtry defrauded them out of royalties from four songs, including music and lyrics, that the group had written together.
