Rita Ora and Calvin Harris split after 9 months together

Singer Rita Ora and Dj Calvin Harris have split
after nine months of dating, according to a U.K.
report.

The R.I.P. hitmaker began dating Harris in May,
2013, but it wasn't love at first sight for the
couple.

In 2012, they were involved in a Twitter.com feud
after Harris accused the singer of lying when she
claimed she had turned down Cheryl Cole's track
Call My Name.

However, they were able to put their differences
behind them and spark up a romance.

Last year (2013), she told Britain's The Sun
newspaper, "At the start we had a Twitter feud. So
we never really liked each other in the beginning.

Then, after that, it just kind of happened really."
The same newspaper has broken the love split story.
A source tells the publication, "It's been tough for
both of them but it's been even harder for them to
spend time together recently. He's been busy DJing
and she's working on her new album and shooting
(film) Fifty Shades of Grey.

"Calvin is more private when it comes to fame than Rita, which also played a part. He'd be happy to
meet someone who has nothing to do with the industry."
Ora and Harris were last seen together on New Year's Eve (31Dec13).

Ora previously dated Kim Kardashian's brother Rob.
